Samsung SMT800 Tab Specs Leaked: Super AMOLED, Kitkat and more

Samsung is reportedly working on a new Android tablet named as SM-T800. The leaked specs suggests that the device will feature a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a 2560×1600 resolution.

Samsung hasn't yet used an AMOLED display on a tablet since the original Galaxy Tab 7-inch because it’s just too expensive. But they’ve been working on a new AMOLED tablet for quite some time.
The device is powered with the latest quad core Snapdragon 801 processor will power the devise along with 2 GB of RAM. Running 4.4.2 Kitkat out of the box and equipped with 8MP rear camera and 2MP rear camera. Other features include a 7900 mAh battery and will come in 16/32/64 GB variants with a micro sd slot.

However it is not yet clear that if Samsung will use their own Exynos chipset for another version of the tablet, as they have usually done in the past. We are awaiting official words on this one.
Again as of now there isn't any official news about the device but hopefully soon we will get to hear about the device officially.
